Ceremony Directing Package*

This package is designed for couples who desire professional assistance with rehearsal and ceremony activities. It provides a peace of mind and allows for a stress free wedding ceremony making it more enjoyable for the bride, groom and their families. This package includes:
 Complimentary consultation
Creating a detailed time line for the ceremony (and pre-reception if requested)
 1 hour for rehearsal
2 hours the day of wedding

*Time can be added to this package if you would like assistance through the bride and grooms entrance to the reception and/or cake cutting.


Ceremony & Reception Package*

You should not be concerned about when vendors show up, when to make your grand entrance or when to do the cake cutting and 1st dance. Ceremony & Reception coordination is for the couple who have accomplished the huge task of planning the entire wedding, but simply needs someone to oversee the ceremony and reception to make sure it runs smoothly. This package includes everything in the ceremony package and also includes:
 Creating a detailed time line for the ceremony, pre-reception and reception
 Review and proofing of your Banquet Event Orders (BEO)
 Confirm times and coordinate details with all vendors
Oversee placement for table cards, wedding favors, cake table, gift table, guest book, etc.
*This package can be broken down to just a Reception Coordination Package if you are getting married in a church or synagogue with an on-site wedding planner.

 

All Day Package

This package is also for the couple who has handled the bulk of the wedding planning but want to hand everything over the day of the wedding. This package includes everything in the Ceremony & Reception Package and also includes:
 A detailed time line of all wedding day events
Confirm appointments for hair and makeup and/or spa visits and arrange transportation if needed
Coordinate vendor drop offs, setups and pick ups
 My contact information will be given to each vendor so that any questions or concerns can be directed only to me on your wedding day
Oversee complete setup of ceremony and reception
 Unlimited coordination hours on your wedding day
 Packing up of gifts and any leftover wedding favors (etc) and seeing off the last guest
